I’ve had it for about a year now, and it still looks good from a distance. The cushions have just gotten a bit softer than I’d like, and one of the seams is starting to come loose. It’s not terrible or anything, I just expected it to hold up a little better with daily use.

I was expecting the setup to take a lot longer, but it went together quickly. The instructions made enough sense to follow without getting frustrated, and I appreciated that all the parts were included. For me, it felt like one of those rare projects that looks more intimidating than it actually is.

I mean, they did help me in the end, so that’s good. But wow, it took longer than I expected. I was kind of sitting there waiting, then checking again, and by the time it got sorted I was just ready to be done. The service wasn’t bad exactly, just not super quick or smooth

The chair does look really nice, and setting it up wasn’t much of a hassle. At first I thought it was going to be super comfortable, but after sitting in it for a while, I’m kind of questioning the hype. It’s fine for short periods, but after a couple hours my back definitely starts noticing it. The cushions are firmer than I expected too, almost like they’re supposed to feel more supportive than they actually do. I wouldn’t say it’s a bad chair, but I’m a little suspicious it’s more about looks than real comfort.

I ordered from chitaliving.com and the delivery went really smoothly, smoother than some other places I’ve ordered from... I got updates along the way, and the driver called before showing up, which was helpful. The boxes arrived in good shape with no damage, and nothing was missing. Overall it was a easy experience, and I’d order from them again.

not bad overall, but the build quality doesn’t feel super solid to me. it works fine, just feels a bit cheaper than i was expecting...

I wasn’t totally sure about ordering this at first because so many chairs online feel way overpriced, but this one ended up being worth it. It looks nice, feels sturdy, and the price actually made sense compared to what I was seeing elsewhere. some of those other stores should apologize for what they’re charging. Happy with what I got.

I do like some of the designs from Chita Living. The clean shapes and softer colors are nice, and overall the furniture has a modern look without feeling too flashy.
That said, a lot of the pieces started to feel kind of similar after a while. I also had to wait in a queue longer than I expected just to get help, which made the whole browsing experience a bit more frustrating than it needed to be.
Overall, it’s decent if you’re into simple, modern furniture, but for me it could use a little more personality. Not bad at all, just not totally my taste.
